Shipping Policy

We ship factory-sealed One Piece TCG product from Switzerland to Switzerland and the European Union.

1. Where we ship

Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and European Union member states. If your country is not selectable at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

2. Handling and dispatch

In-stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the manufacturer's release date; where an order combines in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order and ship it together unless you ask us to split it (additional shipping may apply to split shipments).

3. Delivery times and cost

Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on destination and order weight. Delivery estimates:

• Switzerland: typically 3–4 business days.
• European Union: typically 4–7 business days depending on destination.

Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. All shipments are sent tracked; you will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

4. Import VAT and customs (EU orders)

Prices are in CHF and do not include Swiss VAT (we are not MWST-registered). Orders shipped to the EU may attract import VAT and/or customs duties on delivery, payable by the recipient. These are levied by the destination country and are outside our control. (We expect to introduce prepaid EU import VAT via IOSS as a future update; until then, EU import charges are the recipient's responsibility.)

5. Risk of loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to you (not on our handover to the carrier). If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly at contact@lodestarsystems.ch — see our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address; re-shipment of a returned parcel may incur additional postage.
