How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Switzerland: CHF 9, free over CHF 150, delivered in 2 to 3 working days. EU: from EUR 22, free over EUR 200, delivered in 3 to 5 working days for nearby countries and 5 to 7 working days for the rest. Every order is packed with care.
How do you guarantee the products are authentic?
Every product is factory-sealed and sourced through official distribution inside Europe. We do not sell resealed or opened product. Displays are checked for seal integrity before they ship.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders are charged in full when you place the order. The order ships on the official release date. You can request a full refund at any time before it ships.
Can I return an order?
Yes. Under the EU right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU) you can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the item for a refund. The item must be unopened with its factory seal intact.
